sushi koharu

My sib wanted to go out for lunch for a change since we barely eat outside together. We were going to try this local cafe but they closed so early. So we defaulted to our regular sushi place, which turned out to be a good thing because their dishes are perfect for the hot weather!  

This is a real rose by the way:

Tako Sunomono (Octopus slices with pickled cucumber and lemons)

Koharu Box with California Rolls, beef teriyaki, ebi tempura and salad

Koharu combo with sushi and tuna sashimi and tempura

Their sushi boxes range from $8-12$, pretty expensive since there's a cheap $5.99 deal somewhere in Broadway. They do have the monopoly of being the only sushi place in the entire avenue.  I know it's a lot of food for two people but it wasn't as heavy as you'd expect it to be.
